Shipping policy

FORMTECH DISPATCH TIME:

Orders are normally shipped the next day, outside of weekends, however there may be delays in particularly busy periods. If you need to ensure your order is received by a certain date, you're best to add a note to your order in the comments field or contact us via support@formtech.co.nz

Pre Orders are dispatched once the goods are received into the Formtech Office, there may be a delay in getting stock as this is outside Formtech's control and I will advise you as the pre order moves along from the suppliers tracking system. 


Shipping within New Zealand we use:

  • Poste Haste
  • NZ Couriers
  • NZ Post
  • DHL
  • Castle Post

All items on the Formtech website are stocked in New Zealand unless noted on the product page.

WE DO NOT DROPSHIP, ALL STOCK IS HELD IN NEW ZEALAND

We will endeavour to advise you of any delays or that the stock can me moved local in New Zealand.

We endeavour to get a good deal for you on freight and also provide options such as over night or 2 day delivery depending on the urgency and must be applied for buy email in order for us to make sure the stock is on hand and not going to hold you up.

AUSTRALIA:
Note: delivery may take a little longer than times stated for far flung places and during peak posting times.

Your parcel will be sent by DHL, NZ POST or FEDEx couriers and tracked, which takes between 5-10 days from dispatch for urban areas. 

Actual freight charges are based on weight and location and are shown when you enter your shipping address in the checkout process. 

Custom fees and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. Following COVID-19 outbreak, we have had customers let us know that charges are more enforced than before, and they are higher. 

Our shopping cart has options for you to set up different addresses, such as billing address and a shipping address. It's important to note that we send all documentation with the parcel. We do this so that the parcel has a smooth journey through the freighting and customs clearance processes. It isn't possible to send products without these documents.

If you are unsure about freight or would like us to review the freight cost on an item in case of any ambiguity we will be happy to so please ask via our contact page or email support@formtech.co.nz

Larger items can be freighted and a custom quote from our shipping company would need to be forwarded to you and all taxes, duties and GST payable for that item by the customer.

All prices are shown in $NZD and all sales are billed in $NZD. If you are using an overseas credit card, your credit card provider may charge a small currency conversion fee. If you are concerned about how much this might be, we recommend you check with your credit card provider before placing your order.
