Can I get support for a problem or an issue?

Yes Absolutely, If you see the help and support green bubble on the bottom right of your screen says, "Chat with us". you can create a ticket here for any problems that need work from Jason.

also our ticket system can be emailed via support@formtech.co.nz and we log a ticket right away in the system.

Does Formtech allow pickups?

Yes, absolutely. We have a large warehouse and retail space located here:

Can I drop off empty spools and wasted prints or off cuts?

Absolutely, We are now a bulk collection point for Kiwifil 3D filaments and can also recycle old spools, PLA and PETG.

Kiwifil will take only Kiwifl PLA and PETG, if you can box separate to the other brands.

If we are not on site to collect, please drop in the black box at the roller door at Unit 11. Or, leave outside the door in a box and Jason will sort this for you.

Do you offer business accounts?

Yes, Absolutely. We now have our B2B service ready for sign up.

If you are a business, please get in touch via the form HERE, and we can provide you with a discount for bulk purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay and bank transfers. For more details, please visit our Payment Information section or this will show at the checkout stage.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to check your order status on the Track Your Order page after login to your account. Check your SPAM folder in case you missed it!

What are your business hours?

The online shop is open 24/7 so no issues there.

We are open Monday through Friday for pickups, usually between 11am and 4pm each day.

Please call Jason on 0274 940250 if you need anything special outside these hours, we can see how to make the magic happen.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Mostly to Australia and of course New Zealand. Shipping fees and times may vary depending on the destination.

Formtech is in Christchurch, South Island, New Zealand.

We have also a warehouse and retail space with mountains of filaments, machines and all things cool.
