CarbonX - Engineering
Made using premium high-modulus carbon fiber chopped strands. Strongest filament around, for production ready printing.
Made using premium high-modulus carbon fiber chopped strands. Strongest filament around, for production ready printing.
Formulated for superior printability and high-performance go to for production ready parts.
This material is more durable than ABS, has lower gloss, and has the added benefit of being UV-stable for exterior applications.
Premium Polycarbonate created for ease of printing on the widest array of 3D printers
ESD-Safe filament in all types, PLA to PEEK formulated for a wide array of applications that require electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and enhanced chemical resistance.
TPU elastomer is an engineering-grade material that we chose based on its balance of printability, flexibility, chemical resistance, and toughness.
A durable material that has excellent strength and chemical resistance, and looks amazing. Easier to print than ABS or Nylon, but offers many of the advanced properties of an engineering-grade resin.
PVA [Polyvinyl Alcohol] is a water-soluble support filament based on a new generation of PVA. This filament is ideal for printing complex parts using PLA, PVB, Nylon, and TPU.
PEEK, PEI and PPSU has exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties making it a go-to material in some of the most demanding applications.

Fits and Works Perfectly
Fits my Creatbot F430 perfectly. Only tried it with PA6 and PA12 nylons so far, but its the best bed adhesion I've had for nylons. Very happy.

In this 4 part series of blog posts we will be exploring, Warping and its causes. Factors that control the warp. Effects of build plate temperature and how better settings result in less warping. Improving the first layer adhesion further for perfect 3D prints.
